It’s been a long time, more than a year, again. This entire year has been full of work, training and a lots of fun.
But, it’s Christmas break and pencils and brushes have re-surfaced. A long-planned third painting for the hallway has become a reality.
Just as I was about to start, the printer ran out of ink, so I had to draw everything directly on the paper the old-fashioned way, nothing scanned “just in case”, no chance to “fix a little something” at the end. If something goes wrong, I will just have to start from scratch. Just like it used to be. Surprisingly refreshing.
Anyway, it’s another porcelain flower, a Hoya Compacta this time. Which will go with these:
Hoya Mitrata
Hoya Calycina

The little that has been drawn will appear eventually… A little secret, for now.
